Citizens Advice Generalist and/or Welfare Benefits Advisor
We currently have a vacancy for a Citizens Advice Generalist and/or Welfare Benefits Advisor to join our advice team, providing advice on all subject categories, with an emphasis on Welfare Benefits. Advice will be offered face to face, by telephone and on webchat. The successful candidate will be a fully trained Citizens Advice Advisor with the ability to use sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to achieve the best outcome for clients. This post is office based in South Tyneside.
Salary – £23,708. Hours – 37 per week. Contract – 2 years Fixed Term
