Board Members

The Trustee Board members are Trustees of the Charity – South Tyneside Citizens Advice.

The Trustee Board has a legal responsibility to ensure in particular:

• The legal responsibility to ensure that the Citizens Advice is abiding by its constitution and relevant legislation.
• The financial responsibilities to ensure that financial matters are properly managed.
• The Management responsibilities to comply with employment and related law.
• The strategic planning to steer the development of the Citizens Advice’s services
