What To Expect When You Visit
When you Arrive
Go to reception where you will be asked to complete a registration form with your personal details and information about the problem you would like help with. You will be given a queue number and asked to wait in the waiting room until your number is called by an Advisor. General Interview
An Advisor will call your number and conduct your interview to ascertain the nature of your enquiry and how we may be able to assist. This may include:
- Provide you with information and advice to help resolve your problem
- Suggest an appointment with one of our Specialist Caseworkers or Solicitors
- Direct you to an agency specialising in your type of problem
During busy times you may have to wait to be seen by an Advisor, but please be assured our staff will be working hard to minimise the waiting times and your patience is greatly appreciated.
Please Note: Our staff are there to help so abusive and aggressive behaviour towards them or other service users will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
