We deliver an effective Telephone Advice ‘Call Back’ Service, which has allowed us to advise more clients during these very difficult times. Face to Face appointments can also be arranged.
To arrange an Advice ‘Call Back’ or an appointment call 0191 4557958 between 9.30am – 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Our Lines are closed on Wednesday for active Casework and follow up Advice work.

Universal Credit ‘Help to Claim’ line: 0800 144 8444 between 8.00am – 6.00pm.

During the last Financial year – 2024 to 2025, we have assisted 12,004 residents, helping them resolve 39,329 social and economic issues. Most residents have more than one issue.
